根據(jù)2022年1月4日舉行的SASO當(dāng)局與符合性評定機(jī)構(gòu)的第九次會議以及會議決定，SASO（沙特阿拉伯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，計(jì)量和質(zhì)量組織）發(fā)布了《關(guān)于簽發(fā)3類產(chǎn)品合格證書的通知》，相關(guān)內(nèi)容如下:

自2022年4月1日起，認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)不可在授權(quán)地理區(qū)域范圍之外為Type3類產(chǎn)品頒發(fā)產(chǎn)品證書（SABER PCoC）。如出現(xiàn)違反本決定的情況，主管部門將對違反規(guī)定的機(jī)構(gòu)采取法律措施。

Reference to the decision of the ninth periodic meeting with the certification bodies for accepted products held on Jan.4th, 2022, the Notification about Certification of Conformity was released by SASO (Saudi Arabian Standards Organization) and made the following instruction:

Certification Bodies are forbidden to issue a Product Certificate to the Type 3 products outside the acceptable geographic range started from Apr. 1st, 2022. The SASO authority will verify whether there is a violation of this decision among all the Certification Bodies, and it will take legal measures to the violating parties.
